Thanksgiving is a time to be grateful for all of the accomplishments made throughout the year thus far, and look towards closing the year off with a bang. And, it all starts with fuelling yourself with good-for-you foods that will set you up on the path to success.
With Canadian Thanksgiving coming up next weekend, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to create a Thanksgiving-inspired meal prep that’s filled with ingredients that will nourish you from the inside out. (I mean, you can also wait UNTIL Thanksgiving to use the leftovers as a meal prep, but I’d say this is definitely a little more “macro friendly”.)
