This Is Why You Can't See Your Abs

Lately, I've been asking my clients what they feel their weaknesses are, and almost everyone unanimously said ABS. So, let's talk about developing that those abs for a sec...

I hate to admit it, but all of those sayings are true: abs are mainly made in the kitchen.

Let's be honest, you can do thousands of sit-ups and core-based workouts every night and still not have a six pack. Why? It's all about what you're eating! Your weakness doesn't lie in "not doing enough crunches", it lies in your nutrition.

In order to lose those extra pounds of fat around your midsection, not only do you have to be eating at a calorie deficit (less than what your body burns in a day), but you also have to be eating the right amount of protein, carbohydrates and fats per day that reflect your ultimate goals. (YES - you should still be eating carbs, ladies!!)

A healthy, balanced diet, (you really need to go 100% when it comes to your diet - you can't cut corners!) partnered with some great abs & core sessions per week should get you closer to your goals in no time!

PS - If you’re looking to finally start a fitness and nutrition program that WORKS & live a sustainable lifestyle that’s uniquely tailored to your own goals, I’d love to help you on your journey! I’m now accepting new clients - send me an email and let’s talk!

With love and wellness,
