The Coziest Holiday Gift Of The Year: An Endy Weighted Blanket Review
Disclaimer: I think it’s important to mention right off the bat that I was so graciously gifted an Endy Weighted Blanket as part of my partnership with them; however, all of the opinions in this review are 100% honest and my own. Click to read our full Affiliate disclosure.
Why I Use The Endy Weighted Blanket
Over the past few months, I’ve been REALLY trying to improve my lifts in the gym which is why it's been especially important for me to improve my quality of sleep, too.
That’s because, when you’re asleep, your muscles actually rebuild themselves through the activation of something called the “human growth hormone”. The better your quality of sleep, the more likely that this hormone can do its job in creating new cells to build more muscle.
Luckily, my good friends at Endy have played such a huge role in helping me achieve a high quality sleep with their ridiculously comfortable, Canadian-made mattress.
It's been just over a month, and their weighted blanket has already become one of my favourite cuddle buddies. (Sorry, Kyle!) It instantly winds me down and puts me into the calmest state after a long day - and I can TRULY feel a difference in how relaxed my body and muscles feel in the morning.
Seriously - if you've never tried a weighted blanket... this is something to consider for your Christmas list!
Which is why… I’m diving into a FULL review of the Endy Weighted Blanket below! Hopefully, all of the questions you may have about it will be answered, and you can see why it truly makes the coziest holiday gift of the year.

Size - It’s a personal-sized blanket, ranking in at 48” X 78”.

Things I Love About The Endy Weighted Blanket
It distributes the perfect amount of pressure using Deep Pressure Therapy (DPT)*. The Endy Weighted Blanket truly feels like you’re being comforted in a warm hug. It’s not too light that I can’t feel it, but not so heavy that I feel like I’m suffocating underneath it. Deep Pressure Therapy is also proven to relax the nervous system and minimize body movement - all which promote a deeper, more restful sleep.
It’s reversible. I love that there are two sides to the Endy Weighted Blanket - a soft, fluffy, grey fabric, and the classic Endy checked pattern. That way, you can snuggle up to whichever side you prefer. (Plus, it also looks great when it’s thrown over a couch or bed!)
It’s comfy and cool all night long. As someone whose body temperature tends to rise at night, I found it truly amazing that I could sleep comfortably under the Endy Weighted Blanket all night without being too hot or uncomfortable. To prevent overheating, I usually lay the blanket overtop of my duvet and Endy Sheets which creates some breathable layers for my body heat to pass through.
How Does the Endy Weighted Blanket to Other Weighted Blankets?
I’ve only tried one other weighted blanket, which was a product I purchased off Amazon. In comparison, I found the Endy blanket to be a bit lighter (the other one was 20lbs), and much cooler to sleep underneath. Since Weighted Blankets are supposed to be around 10% of your body weight, the Endy Weighted Blanket is suited for more Canadians, including myself! Not only is the Endy blanket designed better for my body, but it’s also a trusted Canadian company that offers a 60-night trial for you to test it out.
Who Is The Endy Weighted Blanket Best For?
The Endy Weighted Blanket would make the perfect holiday gift for anyone who struggles with falling asleep, staying asleep (due to tossing and turning) or those who deal with anxiety, nervousness, or even regular muscle soreness.
Personally, I’ve always struggled with anxiety and find that the Endy Weighted Blanket has become my sort of “adult teddy bear”. I tend to snuggle up with it whenever I need to feel comforted or safe, and it never fails to instill a sense of calm in me that I might not have found so easily otherwise.
I also love how much more rested and refreshed my body feels in the morning after I use the Endy Weighted Blanket - especially when I’m sore from a tough workout the day prior.
