Honestly, I’ve been wanting a juicer for SO long now, and my good friends at Cuisinart Canada helped to make it happen by gifting me this incredible Juice Extractor. (Like, how cool is that!?) That way, I can share more amazing juice recipes with you in the future!

(Seriously, I can’t get enough and I’ve been making this for myself on the REGULAR ever since!)

6 stalks celery
a 2-inch piece of ginger (try only 1 inch if you like less of a ginger taste!)
Thoroughly wash all produce (note: I peeled the ginger, but left everything else un-peeled)
Add ingredients into your Cuisinart Juice Extractor
Stir, and enjoy over ice or as is!
