PB&J Protein Shake

Protein shakes are one of the easiest and most versatile snacks (or meals!) ever. Just throw a few of your favourite, nutrient-rich ingredients into a blender, add a scoop of protein powder, and bam - you’ve got yourself a delicious protein shake. Not only are these bad boys super easy-to-pack and take with you on the go, but the flavour combinations are absolutely endless!
A few of my favourite things to add to my protein shakes are ALWAYS a fruit source (preferably bananas or berries) and any type of nut butter, but you can also add options like:
Leafy Greens
Spirulina
Chia Seeds
Nuts
Hemp Seeds
Veggies
Cocoa Powder
Powdered PB
& Much, Much More!
Today I’m sharing one of my favourite protein shake recipes with you - my vibrant & nutrient-rich PB&J Protein Shake. I make this protein shake AT LEAST once a week, and it never fails to satisfy. It tastes JUST as good as the sandwich (if not better, actually!), so if you’re a fan of PB&Js like I am, then you’ll absolutely love this one.
Try whipping this up after a workout, or in the mornings for a grab-and-go breakfast option! Recipe available below.
