Last week, I shared my all-time favourite green smoothie recipe with you on my Instagram stories. I literally received SO many requests to share the recipe as a blog post (because y'all wanted to save it for later + give it a try!), that I just HAD to make it happen. So, this recipe is for you!
This Green Protein Smoothie is so tart, tangy & refreshing! It's filled with nutrient-rich ingredients like Garden of Life's raw, plant-based Protein + Greens, healthy fats (from the avocado), and frozen mango - all which make it super thick, creamy and delicious, too. And, if you're not a "greens in your smoothie" fan, trust me here, you will not even taste the greens! The lemon juice and mango do a great job of hiding the greens and making it just taste like a fresh, tropical drink. You'll absolutely love it!

1 scoop @gardenoflifecanada Protein + Greens
1/2 cup frozen mango
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
a handful of spinach/greens
water + ice as needed
Throw all ingredients (except for water) into a blender.
