Iced Coffee Protein Smoothie




For all the coffee drinkers in the house, you're gonna LOVE this iced coffee protein smoothie recipe!


⁠Honestly... after constantly being told how AMAZING this recipe is by all of my coffee-loving clients, I knew I just had to share it with all of you.⁠ Try this out for a quick & easy breakfast and let me know what you think!⁠


Special thanks to Garden of Life for gifting me some Sport Plant-Based Protein to use for this recipe! Each serving has 30g protein and also includes BCAAs and glutamine, which is great for recovery post-workout! (I've literally been mailing all of my clients some samples because it's just THAT incredible!)⁠

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop Garden of Life SPORT plant-based protein⁠

  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted⁠

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds⁠

  • 1 tbsp instant coffee (or 1 shot espresso)⁠

  • plant-based milk (as needed)⁠

  • 1 cup ice⁠ ⁠


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients together

  2. Enjoy immediately!
