Cranberry Pomegranate Collagen Moscow Mule
With Garden of Life's Collagen Powder in Cranberry Pomegranate

Everyone needs a little pick me up now and again and what better way than through a delicious holiday-inspired drink?
This recipe is nothing short of amazing! We are constantly told life is all about balance, so while treating everyone else this holiday season, don’t forget to treat yourself too! (And if you aren’t so into alcohol, it’s just as good without the added punch.)
The classic ginger beer + vodka combination of a Moscow mule is just soooo well paired with the fresh cranberries and pomegranates - and I’ll stand by my opinion here to say the addition of Garden of Life’s new Cranberry Pomegranate Collagen Powder was truly the chef’s kiss!
I don’t know about you but I’m no mixologist so while this was super fun to make and super tasty, there were many bloopers (head over to my Instagram account to check a few of them out on my stories today!). Needless to say… it was all worth it because I ended up landing on a pretty amazing recipe that I could share with you!
Gather your family, friends, cuddle up with your special someone or enjoy a quiet evening alone. This drink serves well for all occasions.
Recipe + deets, as always, are available below!
INGREDIENTS:
4oz vodka or gin
1 bottle of your favourite spiced ginger beer
1 oz freshly-squeezed lime juice
1 scoop of Garden of Life collagen powder in cranberry pomegranate
2oz organic cranberry juice
Ice
TOPPINGS:
A sprig of mint, lime wedge, cranberries and pomegranate seeds - to your desired liking!
DIRECTIONS:
Pour the vodka, lime juice, collagen powder and cranberry juice into a shaker with a little ice and shake vigorously.
Pour the shaken mixture into two glasses (filled with more fresh ice!) making sure to use the cover to prevent any cubes or collagen clumps from pouring out.
Top each glass off with half a bottle of ginger beer, each.
Add toppings to your liking. (I used a mint sprig, a handful of pomegranate seeds, a few cranberries and a lime round.)
Cheers, and enjoy!
