Get Fit With Me In The Comfort Of Your Home!


Hey there, fit babes!


To help support you in your fitness journey while we're all social distancing during this COVID-19 outbreak, I'll be hosting pay-what-you-can online workouts that you can crush in the comfort of your own home! That way you'll have no excuse not to prioritize your health, build muscle and get into the best shape of your life.⁠


This past Thursday was my first Lower Body Burner class, and boy was it ever killer!


Here are some more details:


THE WORKOUTS


Full Body Conditioning (Tuesday at 9AM EST)⁠

All you'll need is a yoga mat for this bodyweight full-body conditioning circuit! It's 30-minutes of high-intensity training that will leave you feeling sweaty, breathless and amazing.⁠ ⁠


Lower Body Burner (Thursday at 1PM EST)⁠

Grab a pair of dumbbells and a yoga mat for this killer online session! I'll be taking you through a 35-minute lower-body workout that will build those quads and glutes in the comfort of your own home.⁠ ⁠


Upper Body & Abs (Saturday at 10:30AM EST)⁠

Grab a pair of dumbbells and a yoga mat for this follow-along routine! I'll be leading 35-minutes of upper body training that'll hit your chest, shoulders, back, biceps & triceps - with a core-crushing ab circuit at the very end.⁠ ⁠


WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO HAVE?

You'll only need a pair of dumbbells and a yoga mat for most sessions.

Tuesday’s Full Body Conditioning session requires no equipment at all. However, if you do have mini-bands, I'll be able to give you some advanced modifications to make the exercises a bit more challenging on Thursday’s Lower Body Burner!

WHAT IF I CAN'T ATTEND LIVE?

All digital workouts will be recorded and sent to you personally that you can keep forever! That way, you can watch it again + again at your own convenience!


HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Since we're all going through a hard time, I've decided to make these classes a "pay-what-you-can" structure. This means you can pay whatever you feel the class is worth! (Yes, actually!) Here's a guideline on the value of various prices:

$5 - This will cover costs for hosting the workout on Zoom.

$10 - This will cover hosting costs + a small payment for my training.

$15 - This will fully cover my hosting and training costs.

$20 - This will cover hosting, training + contributes to my growth!
