Cinnamon Roll Protein Smoothie

The holidays are alllll about comfort and warm cozy foods (my favourite!!) - however, they’re also busy AF. Despite wanting to dive headfirst into all the pre-packaged baked goods this season, this Cinnamon Roll protein smoothie is what happens when you’re craving all those cozy baked foods, need something quick + convenient, but still want to start your day with a balance of all the nutrients you need.

It’s a great way to get a quick and easy sweet treat into your daily breakfast or snack routine - without comprising the comfort you deserve. (Really, it feels like you’re having a milkshake over here!!)

The Magic Is In The Rolled Oats!

Oats are incredibly nutritious, rich in antioxidants and are a great source of fibre! They also have the added carbohydrates needed for the *PUNCH* of energy to tackle your day and give that oh-so-delicious flavour of baked goods.

It Also Makes The Best Post-Workout Snack

With 35g protein per serving, let’s just say you’ve definitely hit the jackpot this holiday season (consider it my gift to you, Happy Holidays!). My favourite protein powder is, of course, Garden of Life’s SPORT Organic Plant-Based protein in Vanilla. I find it keeps the mixture the perfect thickness and creamy texture, and the flavour is (by far!!!) one of the best for plant-based protein powders.

  • 2 scoops Vanilla protein powder (I use this one!)

  • ½ Banana, frozen

  • ¼ cup Greek Yogurt

  • 2 tbsp. rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp. vanilla

  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk

  • 1 cup ice


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
