Asian Sesame Beef Stir Fry Lunch Prep



Happy Labour Day weekend, my fellow Canadians!!


What's everyone up to today!? I hope you're all making the most of this final long weekend of the summer - whether you're kicking it poolside, sipping on margaritas, going for long hikes, enjoying that cottage life, or simply spending it getting some extra Zzzz's in the comfort of your own home. We ALL know we're going to be missing this weather in a few weeks time, so we may as well enjoy every second!

Long weekends can be pretty tough to get back into the "grind", so I wanted to share this really easy, healthy & high protein lunch prep with y'all to help you conquer this shorter week. This Asian Sesame Beef Stir Fry is one of my favourite recipes when I just feel like throwing some ingredients into a pan, frying it all up, and not worrying too much about presentation (but definitely not falling short on taste!).


Oh! And, feel free to choose whichever veggies you prefer. The broccoli, cabbage & cauliflower aren't really a "mandatory" part of this prep, although they all taste really great together. You can also swap these out for Chinese eggplant, bok choy, snap peas, or really any other vegetable you'd like. The real hero here is the Asian Sesame Beef. It's bold, flavourful, and tastes great over rice, stir fried vegetables, or even on its own. (Trust me, I 100% downed a couple spoonfuls shortly after shooting the photos for this post!)

The best part? All of this takes UNDER 2 HOURS to prep - which should definitely make your week (and life!) a lot easier. (You're welcome!!)
