Asian Sesame Beef

Alright, friends - this is BY FAR one of the easiest recipes in my cooking arsenal. (I mean seriously, just skip down to the directions for a quick second so I can prove to you that there are literally only 5 STEPS to this recipe. Actually four, if you're not counting Step 5, which is literally just adding the toppings!)

I wanted to share something that would be super quick & easy-to-prep, satisfied your protein needs (because we ALL know how I feel about the importance of getting in enough protein to help you reach your fitness goals), and still tastes delicious. without needing any added sugars or MSG that are typically added to Asian-style takeout dishes.
