Why Consistency Is Better Than Perfection



I totally know how crazy life can get. One minute you’re KILLING your nutrition & training, and the next minute you’ve completely derailed...

Guess what? It’s completely NORMAL to have those moments. That’s life!

You aren’t a failure.

You haven’t fucked it all up.

You are just like every other human on this planet.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the course of my fitness journey: The only way you can fail, is if you quit.

Sure you might have fallen off the wagon. You might have stopped going to the gym for a bit. You might be eating foods that aren’t as nutrient-dense. But, does that mean you’re going to stop altogether? Do you think that you’ll NEVER go back to the gym or eat healthy foods? (I doubt it!)

Living a truly balanced & sustainable lifestyle is more about what you do CONSISTENTLY over month (and years!), versus what you do PERFECTLY right now.

So, don't worry too much about falling off the wagon, eating an unhealthy meal or skipping a workout. As long as you get back up every time you fall, you'll ALWAYS win.

Just make sure you are making MORE positive, healthy choices than negative, unhealthy choices and they will eventually alllllllll add up in the long run.

Keep going. You can do this.
