Today, I don't have a post to share about improving your health or fitness. I'm not sharing my fave tips for staying productive, or the best exercises for building the glutes.
Today, I'm just here to say that it's completely OKAY to be where you currently are - in your fitness journey, in your career, and in your life - right. damn. now.
Not in 4 weeks from now.
Not once you achieve your goal weight, your dream job or make X amount of $$.
But, right where you are - flaws and all, perfectly imperfect, and learning a bit more every single day.
Oftentimes, when I share posts to help you achieve a certain goal, it comes from a place of wanting to truly help you become the best version of yourself you can possibly be. (And I'm so glad when I hear that you love them!)
But, for some people, it can also come across as not being good enough JUST THE WAY YOU ARE.
So, to anyone feeling like you're flooded with messaging on how to IMPROVE yourself instead of learning how to LOVE yourself. To anyone feeling those "not good enough" thoughts creep in every time you scroll through your social feeds. And, to anyone who's feeling a little lost, or stuck, or confused about where your journey is even taking you. This post is for you.
Today, I want you to celebrate all of the amazing things that make you WHO YOU ARE instead of worrying about what's next, or how much further you have to go.
You are doing JUST FINE the way you are. You are alive, and breathing, and worthy of so much love and appreciation - just because you are HERE ON THIS EARTH.
And, most of all, you definitely don't need another post or article or influencer telling you what you need to do to change that.
