What I Eat In A Day [While On A Cut]



Ever since posting my Week 2 results on Instagram, you guys have been asking me what I eat in a day while following my Stronger Ever After program. So naturally, I'm leaving a sample meal plan for you all BELOW! (It's a LOT of food, you guys!)

PS - This photo (above) is what my lunches have looked like for the past 2 weeks thanks to my amazing friends at BIORAW. This salad is called "The Caesar", and it's filled with nutrient & fibre-dense kale and romaine, hemp hearts, sunflower seeds, micro-greens, chickpeas, coconut "bacon" flakes and topped with a creamy hemp-based Caesar dressing.

BREAKFAST:

  • 1 cup egg whites

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 slice whole grain toast

  • lemon juice & chilli flakes

LUNCH:

  • 1 BIORAW "The Caesar" salad

  • 3.5 oz chicken breast

SNACK:

  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

DINNER:

  • 1 basa filet

  • 1 cup green beans

  • 1/2 cup basmati rice

SNACK:

  • 3/4 cup 0% m.f. plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

  • 1/2 oz sliced raw almonds

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
