Q: HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO BUY?
A: My Strong & Supported Group Coaching program is a LIMITED ENGAGEMENT, and will ONLY be available for purchase 4x per year for those who are serious about achieving their goals. Participants will have until the start of the first group challenge (January 7th) to purchase this group coaching option.
Q: WHAT IS THIS CHALLENGE ALL ABOUT?
A: All members of my exclusive Facebook group will be starting the Stronger Ever After program on the same date, and we will be following the full program together. That way, members will be able to receive the support, motivation and accountability from like-minded people who are going through the same journey, every step of the way! The first challenge begins on January 7th, 2019!

Q: DO I GET LIFETIME ACCESS TO THE FACEBOOK GROUP?
A: Absolutely! What’s amazing about my Stronger Ever After program is that it doesn’t end when the program ends. You can use all of the resources, tools and programming in this workbook again and again. Plus, you’ll have lifetime access to our exclusive Facebook group. That way, whether you’ve got a special event coming up, a vacation, or a specific goal in mind - this challenge will always be there to help you become stronger, leaner and happier in just 4 weeks!
Q: WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
A: This program is for busy females stuck in the cycle of yo-yo dieting who want to learn how to take control of their own health & fitness FOR GOOD through following a flexible 4-week nutrition & training program that includes workouts you can complete in under an hour and lifetime access to an online community & 4 weeks of group coaching designed to hold them accountable to reach their goals every step of the way!
Q: WHO IS THIS PROGRAM NOT FOR?
A: This program is not for people who are looking for a “quick fix” or fad diet to drastically and unrealistically change their body composition in a short span of time. It is not for people who are not willing to put in the work or make small changes to their existing lifestyle to achieve positive results.
Q: WHAT KINDS OF EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?
A: Not much at all! Here’s a list of the ONLY* equipment you’ll need to conquer this program:
a set of mini loop resistance bands
a pair of light dumbbells
a pair of heavy dumbbells
a bench (or sturdy chair/table, if you’re working out at home)
*optional: a yoga mat, or comfortable surface for floor exercises
Q: IS THERE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE?
A: Yes!! I believe SO wholeheartedly in this program that I'll let you try it out, and if you don’t see results after following the program exactly by the end of the four weeks, I'll give you your money back. (Just email me at firstname.lastname@example.org!)
Q: HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE PER DAY?
A: My Stronger Ever After program will increase your training intensity and frequency EVERY WEEK for a total of 4 weeks. The program will begin with THREE (3) training sessions for about 30 mins a day and TWO (2) additional cardio sessions. Cardio sessions range from just 15 - 30 minutes. (That’s right! No need to spend hours on cardio equipment every day!) By the end of the program, you will be expected to complete FIVE (5) training sessions that take less than 1 hour a day and FOUR (4) additional cardio sessions.
Each weekly workout is already laid out for you in the program; however, YOU get to decide what day you complete each workout to better suit your schedule. That way, you can fit it in whenever you’re available!
Q: WHAT RESULTS ARE TYPICAL?
A: Your results will be based on many different factors - such as your level of effort, lifestyle, knowledge, skills, body type, medical history, etc. Results for ALL participants who finished the BETA-test of my Stronger Ever After program were 100% positive, and ranged from increased motivation and improved overall lifestyle, body toning and tightening, to a stunning 8lb weight loss and 2.5 inches around the waist. (In just 4 weeks!!) All results are incredibly common and completely possible for ANYONE - as long as you commit to following the program exactly as it is for the full 4 weeks.
