Cinnamon Swirl Protein Pancakes
The protein pancakes are BACK! I honestly can’t think of a better way to start my Sunday than by pouring myself a hot cup of coffee, cranking up the tunes & making myself some absolutely delicious Cinnamon Swirl Protein Pancakes. Since it’s been such a crazy week, I find that starting my morning with my FAVE breakfast is one of the best ways to set myself up for a positive & productive day. (Plus, that PB & banana combo is just absolutely DIVINE!)

I N G R E D I E N T S:
3/4 c. egg whites
1 egg
1/4 c. 0% m.f Greek yogurt
1/2 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Stevia, to taste
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 banana, chopped
D I R E C T I O N S:
Whip egg whites in bowl until they form stiff peaks
Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl
Fold in egg and Greek yogurt to egg white mixture and mix until combined
Mix in dry ingredients
Just before baking, add in your cinnamon and Stevia and swirl into your batter using a fork (Do NOT mix fully!)
Cook batter on a skillet & serve with some chocolate hazelnut powdered PB & fresh berries
