Turkey Burgers, Sweet Potato Fries & Easy Summer Salad

The best part? You don’t even need to cook the Turkey Burgers on a barbecue for them to taste like summertime. Just throw them on a grooved cast-iron skillet to get that same “barbecued” look, or cook them on a regular non-stick skillet. Nothing is off limits here!

  • 500g extra lean ground turkey

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs

  • 2 sweet potatoes, peeled

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

[for the salad]

  • 3 cups fresh spring mix, washed

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced

  • ½ onion, sliced

  • 1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
