Homemade Chipotle Greek Yogurt Dressing

Ah... salad bowls. I'll be honest, as soon as the weather starts getting warmer, I start eating salads the size of my face. But seriously - the more colour & volume I can get in per meal, the better!

Around this time, I also love getting creative with homemade salad dressings. This one is my homemade Chipotle Greek Yogurt dressing - it's actually higher in protein than pretty much any other nutrient, and filled with only real, healthy & natural ingredients. (Soooo much better for you than the pre-made, bottled dressings at the grocery store!)

I N G R E D I E N T S:

  • 1/4 cup 0% m.f. Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp garlic paste or powder

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp chili oil

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • squirt of lemon juice

  • 1-2 tbsp water (depending on how thick/thin you like your dressing)

  • salt and pepper

D I R E C T I O N S:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl

  • If a smoother consistency is preferred, pour all ingredients into a bullet blender and pulse until smooth

  • Serve immediately or refrigerate & save for up to 7 days

Tip: Try doubling or tripling the recipe for a larger batch that you can use throughout the week!
