Okay, this chia pudding absolutely changed the game for me. I think I may have a new obsession. I was really craving something sweet this morning before my HEAVY leg day, but I wanted to switch it up from my usual pancakes. And so - this Chocolate Protein Chia pudding was born!
Unfortunately, the protein element isn't derived from natural food sources, but this bowl tasted sooooo good that I ain't even complaining. The chocolate protein mixed with cocoa powder just makes this bowl taste SO incredibly rich and delicious. You won't even believe this is 34 grams of protein per bowl. I'll be honest, this is probably the best pudding I've ever had - let alone protein pudding.

3/4 c. unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp. natural cocoa powder
1 - 2 tsp. stevia
in a blender, pulse all ingredients together until smooth
place mixture in a storage container/mason jar and place in fridge
allow to set for at least 3 hours until mixture thickens
pour into a bowl & top with berries, some shredded coconut, nuts or any of your fave toppings!
