→ complete my first bulk
→ launch my first ever 4-week training & nutrition program that’s designed to help busy women all over the world achieve their fat loss goals - whether they work out at home or in a gym, called Stronger Ever After
It’s hard to believe I’ve been able to accomplish all of this in just one year. However, throughout this journey, I’ve learned so much about myself, my goals, and my hopes for the future that I can honestly say this is truly just the beginning.
And, as this account continues to grow into something that reflects the balanced lifestyle I so passionately embrace, you may have noticed that I’ve started to fall a little head-over-heels for creating and sharing healthy, nutritious recipes that are high in protein, easy to make and totally “meal-preppable” for all my other busy women working on their health & fitness.
I’ve learned that there’s SO many women who, like me, never truly understood how to cook for their body’s needs, and never realized how possible it is to cook quick & healthy meals that not only taste delicious but take as little amount of time and effort out of their busy schedule.
And, since cooking (& baking!) are two passions of mine ever since I was a kid, I’ve decided to add another accomplishment to this list so that I can finally put all of the pieces together - training, nutrition & mindset - to teach others how to completely transform their bodies into its happiest and healthiest self.
That’s right - I’ll be studying to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) by this time next year!
