My Three Truths

If any of you listen to Lewis Howes' The School of Greatness podcast, after every interview he does something called "The Three Truths" which is essentially this:
If I lived until I was a hundred years old and did everything here on Earth that I wanted to do - I've written all the books, all the fitness guides, and all the meal plans; I transformed as many lives as I possibly could, helped as many people achieve their goals, and made a significant impact on the world - but for some reason, all of that was erased. I could only write down THREE THINGS that I know to be true in my life up until now, which would be the only thing everyone would have to remember me by. What would they be?
Although I'm still learning more and more every day, if I could write down the three things I know to be true at this point of my life, it would be this:
1. ONLY YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE YOUR DIRECTION IN LIFE - Your life, your compass. If you aren't happy with the way things are, it's up to you to make the decision and take active steps toward changing it. Nobody else can change it for you.
2. NEVER STOP EXPLORING - Never stop travelling, never stop learning, never stop doing, seeing and experiencing everything you possibly can. The world has so much to offer you, if you'd only just go out there and take it.
3. LOVE ALWAYS - Passionately, unconditionally, endlessly. Love yourself. Love others. Love even those who make you feel less than worthy. It's usually the ones that hurt you who need it the most.
