My Summer Cut - The Results

Happy Tuesday everyone!

Thought you guys may want to see the results of my cut last month.

Although it isn't too drastic, I challenged myself to stick to 5 weeks of an slowly-increasing calorie deficit (dropping 100 calories from my diet each week), with little to no additional cardio (just whatever cardio I was doing while teaching at F45 Yorkville) and a consistent, 5x/week weight training plan. And, I gotta say... I'm super happy with my results! I managed to keep most of the muscle, while simply losing about 2lbs of fat around my waist, hips and thighs.

This just shows how POSSIBLE it is to make small changes that can add up to something pretty big in the long run. All it takes is a SUSTAINABLE plan, the determination to stay CONSISTENT in your diet & nutrition, and a POSITIVE mindset - through all of the ups and downs.

Starting Measurements:

Weight - 132

Arm - 11.5

Chest - 35.5

Waist - 27

Hips - 35.5

Thigh - 23.5

Final Measurements:

Weight - 130

Arm - 11.5

Chest - 35.5

Waist - 26

Hips - 35

Thigh - 23
