How To Maximize Your Mondays
Happy Monday everyone! Friendly reminder that today is the start of a fresh new week - which means new goals, new challenges and new opportunities for growth.

Here are a few ways you can totally maximize your Monday:
Wipe The Slate CLEAN
This is especially important if we may have slipped up on our nutrition over the weekend, or haven’t reached a set, specific goal. The best way to start a new week is to completely leave the past behind us and wipe the slate clean. Let go of all that negative self-talk, learn from any mistakes we may have made and focus on having a positive mindset as we embark on a new week ahead.
Set Small Weekly Goals
These goals can be as simple as “I want to go to the gym at least 5 days this week” or “I want to eat as clean possible” or even “I want to drink 3 litres of water a day” - anything we want to hold ourselves accountable for throughout the week that will help us get closer to accomplishing our longer-term goals.
Prep Your FAVE Meals
I know a lot of you do your prep on Sunday, but Monday is my meal prep day. Either way, I think it’s really important to choose a day at the start of your week to focus on meal prepping. Go out and purchase your fave foods and put together some meals that you can look forward to throughout the week. That way, you’re less likely to snack on other foods that are easily available.

Having the right kind of music is SO important while working out! A good playlist can get us motivated, keeps us going and completely change our mood. To help keep me motivated while I work out, I‘m constantly checking Spotify for new playlists I haven’t heard yet that are perfect for any type of training I’ll be doing throughout the week.
