Scheduling Procedure:

To schedule your initial session, you must...

 

  1. Complete the Client Consultation Form, PARQ+ form and Client Agreement forms given to you by your trainer and either return in-person or digitally via email.

  2. Conduct a preliminary fitness assessment and in-person consultation. All future fitness packages & payment plans will be discussed and agreed upon during this assessment and consultation meeting.

  3. Book and pay for your personal training packages/sessions via e-Transfer or in person prior to beginning your first session, unless agreed upon otherwise.

  4. Schedule any future training sessions via e-mail or by using the Contact Form here.

 

All scheduling, rescheduling or cancellation of Personal Training Services should be done through the trainer in person, or via email or mobile.

Session Duration Policy:

All personal training sessions are one hour. Training may also be 30 minutes in length and will count for a half session.

Late Policy:

Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Clients are also expected to begin working out at the start time of the scheduled appointment. A late start time does not entitle a client to a session longer than their scheduled appointment. Trainers are obligated to wait only 15 minutes (10 minutes for 30-minute sessions) before the session may be lost.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation, clients are asked to notify the trainer 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. You will be charged for appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice. Failure to contact your trainer will result in a lost session. Exceptions will only be made in case of a medical emergency accompanied by a doctor’s note.

Package Expiration/Refund Policy:

Individuals registering for personal training must complete all personal training sessions by the expiration date of the training package. All personal training packages expire six (6) months from the date of purchase.

 

All packages and customized nutrition/training plans are non-refundable/non-transferable – a client may only receive a refund for personal training if accompanied by a doctor’s note.

Payment Procedure:

All personal training clients are billed on a pre-pay basis. Once you have decided upon the type of training package and payment plan with your trainer, payment must be made before the sessions are conducted. Both Interac e-Transfer and cash are accepted.
